| From the route of Ibn Mas^ud may Allah accept his deeds who said: The Messenger of Allah, sallallahu ^alayhi wa sallam, said:" the one who says: أستغفر الله الذى لا إله إلا هو الحي القيوم وأتوب إليه Astaghfiru-llaha al-ladhi la ilaha illa Huwa al-Hayya al-Qayyuma wa atubu ilayh. which means: I seek the forgiveness of Allah the One Whom no one is God but Him, the Alive, the One Who needs none and I repent to Him; Will be forgiven for his sins even if he had escaped from the obligatory battle." Al-Hakim said this Hadith is sahih as per the conditions of Al-Bukhariyy and Muslim. |
